My latest service was by Kyle B, an inspector for termites, rodents in the attic, and wildlife problems in yard. He found rat droppings in the attic, and recommended exclusion and disinfectant services, after showing me extensive and widespread droppings. I am very pleased that he found those, as they can make people sick. My wife and I will feel much safer after this service.

Major deal breaker for me was it was a contract. I want to pay as needed and not be tied down. Otherwise, Logan was polite, professional, and detailed in explaining the process.
