I have been a customer of Barefoot Mosquito for about 12 years, and have always had good service. My latest service was by Kyle B, an inspector for termites, rodents in the attic, and wildlife problems in yard. He found rat droppings in the attic, and recommended exclusion and disinfectant services, after showing me extensive and widespread droppings. I am very pleased that he found those, as they can make people sick. My wife and I will feel much safer after this service.

Logan was very thorough in his inspection and in explaining what he was seeing and possible preventive measures we could take. When he was done with the rodent inspection, he took additional time to answer other pest-related questions and confirmed I didn't need to do anything additional to what I was already doing. Really appreciated the service, thoroughness, and time he took.

The technician did a walkthrough and checked for possible rodent entry points and rat droppings. Michael checked the place properly to find the mouse, but it had gone into hiding, so he helped set up traps. We were very happy with Barefoot and their team.

Logan was awesome. Arrived when he stated. Inspected the area I told him was the issue. Checked the outdoor areas, as well as my shed. He gave me the rundown on what they'd do to rid and prevent any future happenings, hopefully. Also, tips on storing things inside that would attract the rodents. Major deal breaker for me was it was a contract. I want to pay as needed and not be tied down. Otherwise, Logan was polite, professional, and detailed in explaining the process.
