Communication is awesome—we get reminders of service and a text when they are headed to us. We have dogs so it’s nice to have a heads up of when they are coming to spray so we can put them inside. Very thorough. No issues with bugs getting into our home. We’ve had a few times asked to go out a little farther due to an infest in fleas (we have a lot of wildlife/acreage and lots of bugs!!) They always go above and beyond.
