Most pest problems require ongoing protection to prevent reinfestation. After your initial service, we'll recommend a treatment schedule based on your home's specific needs, pest activity, and environmental factors.

How much does a mosquito treatment cost?

For a limited time, new customers can receive their initial mosquito treatment for just $99. Standard initial mosquito services typically start at $200. Because mosquitoes continually breed and migrate onto your property, ongoing treatments are essential for maintaining effective control throughout the season. Mosquito service pricing may vary based on property size, landscaping, and treatment areas. Our team can typically provide an estimate over the phone.

How long do pest control treatments take?

Most initial pest control treatments take approximately 30–45 minutes to complete. During your first visit, your technician will perform a thorough inspection of your home's interior and exterior to identify pest activity, potential entry points, and conditions that may contribute to infestations. Follow-up services are often shorter since the initial treatment has been completed and a protective barrier has already been established around the home.

How much do termite inspections cost? 

Termite inspections are completely free. Our licensed technicians will inspect your property for signs of active termite activity, previous termite damage, and conditions that may increase the risk of future infestations. If termite activity is discovered, we'll provide recommendations for treatment and prevention options to help protect your home.

How much are rodent inspections?

Rodent inspections are always free. During the inspection, your technician will evaluate both the interior and exterior of your home for signs of rodent activity, potential nesting areas, and entry points that mice or rats may be using to access the structure. Rodents commonly enter homes through gaps around utility penetrations, rooflines, attic vents, garage doors, and foundation openings. We offer both rodent prevention services and exclusion solutions designed to help keep rodents out long-term.
